EvapoCooler : Improve your workplace environment |
EvapoCooler keeps operators cool with a low-temperature breeze. A powerful fan cools the air through fine mist evaporation, delivering a breeze 8℃ cooler than the surrounding temperature without getting operators wet. With only 38W power consumption, EvapoCooler minimizes battery wear and tear on forklifts.
Cools operator's neck
There is an air pump plus a water pump in the control unit shown.
This fan with a nozzle creates a very fine mist
You can easily adjust breeze from dry to wet
Why you should use EvapoCooler |
You can protect forklift operators from heat exhaustion.
Also, EvapoCooler can help prevent accidents caused by the loss of concentration/attention from excessive heat.
During the summer, if a temperature increases by one degree, productivity is decreased by 1%.
By using EvapoCooler, operators can maintain high productivity.
What makes EvapoCooler different? |
① Lowers temperature up to 8℃ by special misting technology |
Fine mist can lower the surface temperature
up 8℃. It is known that the best way to cool
down a person who is suffering from heat
exhaustion is to cool body parts where large
blood vessels lie close to the skin
surface. EvapoCooler cools down the
operator’s neck effectively and quickly.
② Adjustable mist flow and fan speed
|
The flow can be adjusted to provide a dry or
damp cooling breeze. Using 3 fan speeds
EvapoCooler can easily adapt to suit multiple
environments from warehouse noise to
external weather conditions.
③ Energy efficient and compact
|
EvapoCooler uses 38W at the highest fan
setting therefore vehicle battery usage is not
significant. The control unit is small and light
weight, so it can be placed on a flat surface
using magnets or attached to a pillar using
cable ties.

Q & A |
Q. How do you install EvapoCooler to a forklift?
A. A control unit can be placed on a flat surface using magnets or attached to a pillar using cable ties. A fan can be attached to a pillar using cable ties. Make sure that EvapoCooler does not obstruct the operator's view.
Q. How do you connect EvapoCooler to the battery of a forklift?
A. 【Forklifts that have a 12V battery】 You can connect directly to the battery using standard accessories of EvapoCooler.
【Forklift that have a battery other than 12V such as electric forklifts】 Please use a DC-DC converter to reduce the voltage to 12V.
Q. What is the water consumption?
A. The amount of mist can be adjusted by opening/closing the mist control valve. 200~400cc/hour provides the best experience
although it depends on the temperature/humidity.
Q. What are included in the box?
A. A control unit, a fan (with a nozzle), water/air tubes, power cables, a bottle cage, and other useful items for installation
such as cable ties.
Q. Is a water bottle/tank included?
A. A water bottle/ tank is not included.
Please use a 2L plastic water bottle. Please clean the bottle and fill the bottle with tap water.
